The physical environments that our deployed US Soldiers must endure are difficult, plus they can be separated from loved ones for long periods of time.
We need to show them respect and support.
Have you always wanted to do something for our Soldiers but didn’t know how? Or maybe you just never found the time to go out shopping. Maybe you didn’t know what to send or what not to send. Or how to package everything or where to obtain the packing supplies. Maybe you didn’t want to study how to fill out USPS forms, or even find military Point Leaders themselves. Government regulations and USPS guidelines confusing?
You don’t have to do all this. Let us do it for you.
Why help us when there are so many other soldier organizations out there?
1. All proceeds go directly to purchasing and mailing the items requested by our troop units. We are a 100% volunteer outreach. There are no other expenses.
2. All Care Packages are customized to each unit’s requests.
3. We ensure the fulfillment of our donors’ charitable intent.
The First Baptist Church of Hingham hopes that our Care Package Outreach will bring visible and tangible help to our Soldiers, as well as emotional and spiritual support. FBC readily seized this challenge, establishing a commitment to serve our deployed men and women in need. We want to affect lives. We have stepped out in faith to provide resources, assistance, and prayers. We are God’s tool, spreading love and caring.
